Service Description
This pole dancing class is designed for students who have completed both Pole Fundamentals Level 1 and 2 (students may test in if they have previous experience) and want to take their pole dancing to the next level with aerial tricks. In this class, students will focus on building strength, flexibility, and endurance while learning a variety of basic aerial tricks. The instructor will teach students various basic aerial tricks, including side climbing, aerial inverts, and pole splits, among others. These tricks will be performed in the air, requiring students to hold themselves up on the pole using their core, arms, and legs. The students will be challenged to push their limits and continue to build their strength and endurance. By the end of the class, students will have gained a deeper understanding of aerial pole dancing and will have learned a variety of new tricks and transitions to add to their pole dancing repertoire. They will have developed greater strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
